Please Note:

This feature should NOT be used in cases of emergency. If you think your pet is in immediate need of medical assistance, we would then ask you to trust your instincts and bring your pet to your local vet.

Our team will strive to answer as many of your questions as they can but as there is an ever increasing number of questions coming in, we can not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

BEFORE you submit a question to our vets, we would ask that you first search our 'Archive' of previously asked questions and their related answers. You will find this archive at the bottom of this page ~ who know's, the answer you're looking for may already be there waiting for you!
